Terry-Ann Zander, Managing Member
Terry-Ann started Zander Consulting, LLC in 2003 after spending 12 years developing business for architectural firms in the state of New Jersey. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the College of Saint Elizabeth. She is a bit of an expert in the realm of referendums and can easily navigate the ins and outs of issues surrounding construction projects.
Corprate branding and identity, focus groups, consensus building, community surveys and public relations are all a part of Terry-Ann's professional repetoire.
Terry-Ann enjoys reading for her neighborhood book club, attending cooking classes, and spending time with her husband and two sons. She has also pursued her interest in comedy using real-life stories in her stand-up routine.

Ashley Sherrick, Senior Content Manager, Writer, Project Manager
Originally from the suburbs of Boston, Ashley knows how to make “wicked” good content that has been showcased in various industries. With her experiences ranging from manufacturing, tech start up and health companies, Ashley’s 10-year marketing career has been anything but boring! Her experience in email marketing, targeted content creation, social media strategy is just the tip of what she can do.
Ashley earned her MBA from Babson College and a B.S. in Marketing from Bridgewater State University. When she is not glued to her work she is most likely practicing yoga or exploring a new place because she found a last-minute cheap flight.

Sandra Ceplo Johnson, Senior Graphic Designer
Sandra is the "head whiz" when Zander Consulting is looking for creativity. She has more than 20-years experience in all facets of the creative production process, including pre-press and printing management, photography, computer graphics, and Web site design/E-publishing, and publication layout and design. Sandra has special skills in developing corporate identity programs to create the most effective "look" for a client. She has won numerous regional awards for her eye-catching and creative branding and ad campaigns. Sandra has a degree in graphic advertising design from Cazenovia College.

Vincent Van Zile, Senior Graphic Designer
Vincent has 15+ years of experience in Graphic Design. A freelance artist at an early age, Vincent decided to perfect his skills and continue his education earning a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design from Ramapo College. Born and raised in Vernon, Vincent is an avid Jets fan (even after a few disappointing seasons) and spends his free time as a drummer. The louder the music the better!

Jill Alexander, Senior Writer
Jill can't seem to stay away from Zander Consulting for very long. She takes breaks every now and again to pursue non-profit and higher education work, but returns to dabble in Zander Consulting projects.
All of the writing and editing produced by ZC goes through Jill at some point. She is able to identify the needs of the audience and write specifically to them. Jill also writes editorials and press releases for the local media, is part of the survey development team, and chronicles activities of key communicator groups. She is also a diligent researcher.
Jill loves animals, sings in a local choir and spends as much time as she can with her three 20+ year old sons and entertaining husband.
Jill earned her M.A. in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.A. in Psychology from Montclair State College.

Jill E. Nicholas, Senior Project Manager
In the world of marketing, Jill is a soup-to-nuts professional. She has done market research, analysis, strategic planning, implementation, and event management. Prior to joining Zander Consulting, Jill worked for a roofing products company and a marketing communications firm as an account coordinator and a marketing team leader. She holds a bachelor's degree in business management from West Chester University in PA. When she is not assisting Terry-Ann, Jill is kept busy with her active family and dog sitting duties.

Kathy Basil, Admin. Support/Project Manager
Kathy is the newest member of the ZC team. With a degree in Business Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Kathy has spent the majority of her career in client relations, sales and brand management. Born in NJ, Kathy has lived in both the Northwest and Northeast corners of the country. She loves to volunteer, travel, entertain and spend time with her two teenage sons, husband, and very cute Pomeranian dog, named Yukon. Kathy is also a fitness nut and has a strong passion for fashion and photography.
